Thank you for your response. Got to wait for global rom. The not certified means the device doesn't pass safetynet tests which means some apps won't work like android pay & pokemon go.

just re-flash stock rom & get update to 8.2.17.0 it's pretty stable for now.

It's built in bands. So if it's not present now, it won't be anytime in the future. Sorry.
