New No Usb Options After Install Miui9

since i installed MIUI9 in my Redmi 4 Prada (at this moment i have 7.9.21) when i connect mobile to PC (Win7 and Win10) there is no USB options to choose (only battery charging). Even going to Settings/ developer settings and having MTP in USB setting option. This is happening with other...
