New No Usb Options After Install Miui9

since i installed MIUI9 in my Redmi 4 Prada (at this moment i have 7.9.21) when i connect mobile to PC (Win7 and Win10) there is no USB options to choose (only battery charging).

Even going to Settings/ developer settings and having MTP in USB setting option.

This is happening with other users? in MIUI 8 i had no issues to connect mobile to PC.

i will try install rom again as suggested previously by other user

download from android file host it's better

thanks guys but it did not work.
intalled rom again and still without pop up usb options when connect to pc (only charging).

I will wait for new versions and see if issue goes away
