    Mi 11 weird WiFi problem

Browsing through the web I have seen reports of the overheating chip and the WiFi dying. My issue seems to be different though. Lately WiFi sometimes drops out and it reverts to mobile data. Rebooting once or twice brings back WiFi connectivity though. It also sporadically drops out. Sometimes...

    MIUI 14 23.2.13

My WiFi seems to be broken. I'm getting a settings assistant force closing message and android system webview or something? If I reboot my WiFi works fine but after a while it stops detecting any network and I can't turn it off or on. I'm on mi 11. Edit: seems to have fixed itself

How do I decrypt data in TWRP without wiping all my data? Any password I enter results in a failed message. I also do not get the popup when I boot into TWRP. Using Mi11 and fastboot boot recovery.img method to get into TWRP 3.7.

    MIUI 13 22.9.29

Performance is horrific on Mi 11 here after the update. Sometimes it hangs and isn't smooth. Anything I can test or grab?

This updated ruined my battery life again too. It was bad, then got fixed and is horrible again. I am on Mi 11.

    MIUI 13 22.7.28

Installation on Mi11 worked but caused a bootloop. Reinstalling last week's ROM fixed it.

I got my mix 3 and flashed the newest release. The battery seems to drain rather fast. Is there any way to fix it?

    8.8.2/3

I updated to 8.8.3 on my Redmi Note 5 Pro. The battery seems to drain faster but that's not the biggest problem. I cannot connect to the data. Like LTE isn't working. Only WiFi.

Of course I installed the ROM. I read to fast and didn't see the difference in formatting and wiping data at first. I guess wiping system is not possible. That's why I'm stuck without OS. Guess I'll reflash using MiFlash and install the Xiaomi.eu ROM without wiping system.

I formatted /data /system /cache /dalvik cache And installed the latest stable (v9.5.5.0) on my Mi Mix 2. TWRP warned me before rebooting there was no OS installed. I rebooted anyway but I am now indeed stuck at the boot screen (I waited 30 minutes). What can I do?

Thank you for the tip. I was wondering. I read that you should never format /system on any Xiaomi phone. It is safe for the Mi Mix 2? How do I know which phones it is safe for and which ones it isn't?
