When I flash EU Rom , my mac address has changed..... and then I flash to global , mac address change again .... How this rom change mac address ? (My company use mac filtering for WiFi hotspot , when I flash eu rom , my phone not connect to company's wifi because mac address changed)

Are you flashed eu rom ?

When you downloaded rom , after that use 7z to unzip rom and you will see single file , use 7z to unzip again , then open MiFlash and press select and browse to your extraced folder (include folder "image" and many files) and hit refresh then click flash Sent from my Redmi S2 using Tapatalk

Can you use MiFlashTool ? I think this way will help you (Download stock rom and flash via MiFlashTool)

I think log file can get in TWRP folder on your device
