You can use true dialer as an alternative it have call recorder fand good dialer features. You can find true dialer in google play.

The recorder app.settings are only have effect in recording environment not call recording. Call recording possibly working under dialer app. and there is no call recording quality setting visible that we can change.

Thank you for your reply. I tried it before, this settings only effect environment recording. As I know call recorder is a part of dialer application. If I can find and reinstall dialer application maybe I can fix it.
