My problem was solved to look for a provider which is not using band 20 (800 mhz). Only t-mobile is not using that in my country. Works now perfect, even with wifi out.

I copied the zip file before flasing to intern memory still running with the old version. The zip file not be erased by the processing.

I had the same with a business sim card of Vodafone. When I tried with the sim of my wife, no problem. So try an other on. I am now using in my country T-Mobile, this provider is the only one in my country that is not using band 20 (800 mhz). It's working perfect. Wireless can be put off, still...
