I successfully installed china rom stable, now i'll try to install TWRP from fastboot and then install the xiaomi eu rom...

If you mean "fastboot boot recovery.img " nope...nothing

Yes, just the plain ROM, nothing else. Mi flash succeed correctly, i installed a old version of stock miui but i can't boot the device

Fastboot is ok, did you have a "safe" ROM to flash? the problem comes with boot, seems to be in loop

That is the TWRP i installed too, and obviously the ROM is correct for Mi 5x (tiffany)

Ok the device is detected by mi flash as "Qualcomm HS USB Diagnostics 900E" what i should flash to restore the device?

The device is not detected as you can see in the image, i successfully flashed the chinese stock rom but i failed again the update tu this version of xiaomi.eu, no the Mi 5x is totally "dead" i can just ear the plug/unplug sound when i connect the device to the PC And the device doesn't vibrate...
