Exactly the same problem with BBVA Mexico, I had to back to A11, I reported to support and they had not any answer so far. I think is an UNEXPECTEDLINKERROR but there is not date to fix it.

I have exactly the same problem, MI 11 (venus) and other app (bank) crashing inmediately you open it, perhaps there are problems with compatibility.

Updated on Mi 11 without any problem, so far...
