I tried installing everything from scratch, but nothing gas changed. When I'm hitting the back Button inside CustoMIUIzer App, the App crashes.

I got black letters on dark background for whatsapp popup notifications with this version. So it's not possible to read them. Any suggestions for fixing that?

Thanks Kater, with the "special" Magisk Manager it's working. But with this version I'm getting a bootloop when the PIN-Screen appears after a reboot. The bootloop only stops when I hit a number of the PIN-screen after the first crash.

I already tried with the installer, same problem. Just did a clean install of the rom and tried again - same problem.
