Can I return to stock if bootloader is unlocked?
As in this guide: https://androidmtk.com/use-xiaomi-mi-flash-tool
And try from the beginning?
Also from TWRP FAQs:
"If you are switching ROMs (changing from one ROM to a completely different one) then you should perform a factory reset. A factory reset wipes data and cache (which includes dalvik cache). A factory reset will also wipe sd-ext and android_secure if your device has those items. 99% of the time, this is all that you need to wipe and you only need to do it once, not three times as some people would lead you to believe."

This is what I did for the first time factory reset wipes data
And it did not work so I did wipes data and also does not help

Its working… sometimes there is a challenge with customiuizer. Disable it, reboot, enable it, reboot.

if it is not working, delete it and xposed and install it from scratch. That was working for me all the time if there where issues.
I tried installing everything from scratch, but nothing gas changed.
When I'm hitting the back Button inside CustoMIUIzer App, the App crashes.

Keep insisting on wipes. I repeat you must format the DATA partition from twrp and then select yes when prompted. I've been clear?
it's not the same?
How do I format the DATA partition?

In TWRP in the Wipe menu I have format data besides there is nothing related to format
And that's what I did when I said wipe data

That's what I did
After that I copied the rom back to the phone and installed it
After the installation he wrote that everything was fine and asked to restart and this brother it went back to recovery again

Yes, in the wipe menu you have to select format and then confirm when prompted.

put the rom in a pen drive because you will delete everything.

I have the switch so that 4G should actually be on top, or not
You might wanna read what I said again carefully.
Like I said, the switch forces "LTE" to show instead of "4G". When the switch is off, you get the default network type names as defined for the MCC/MNC of your operator. We don't have a switch to force "4G" instead of "LTE".

Examples:
For MCC 230 (Czech Rep.) / MNC 1 (T-Mobile / RadioMobil), the defaults are "LTE" and "LTE+"
For MCC 231 (Slovakia) / MNC 2 (T-Mobile), the defaults are "4G" and "4G+"
For MCC 370 (Dominican Republic) / MNC 2 (Claro), the defaults are "LTE" and "4.5G"

This is Xiaomi's decision, probably based on the information they have from the operators, so you might want to contact Xiaomi directly if you're sure that the network type names for you operator are not correct.

but with 20.18.11 I had 4g in the bar at the top, I haven't changed anything else. after what you say there should only be LTE with my provider
