Yeah ive probally ****ed up somewhere, unlocked the device, followed by the usb debugging etc, after that ive installed the twrp with no issues and then ive formated the storage, last time i could not copy the rom to my device for some reason so i gave up and went back to global, and this time...

So first time flashing i did everything as said on the page to install, but to my suprise now when i connect my phone on the PC i that says that the internal storage is empty, cannot copy any rom at all there I was able to go back to the global stable rom...
