Yes it is working now. Had just updated to 21.4.14. All buttery smooth k30 5g. Playback Issue has been resolved. Thanks to @Igor Eisberg for reuploading.

I updated from 21.3.17 eu dev version to 21.3.24. This new version caused serious cpu throttle, high memory usage and a delay of 6 seconds every playback video or audio. I resolved it by downgrading to prev. Version much more stable. 21.3.17 My unit Redmi K30 5g 6gb 128gb.
