Hi all, I have the Mi 11 Pro with the stable EU ROM 12.5.4 At the beginning everything was great but in the recent weeks I have been experiencing very poor WiFi. It says it's connected and I have full signal but websites or apps won't load or very slowly. Is this a bug or a hardware issue...

I have the stable 12.5.4 EU ROM and today just for fun I pressed the looking for update function and it found the 12.5.10 version. Is this real? As in, is this the latest from the community or is this the official Xiaomi and if I install it brings me back to the China ROM?

It definitely does helps thanks for your input! In fairness the china ROM is working stable but because of the google restrictions and having to use workarounds to use Google it's a bit of a pain occasionally. Will go for the stable ROM so Any suggestions on maybe encryption apps or security?

Thanks for the feedback. So would you recommend the weekly update ROM then as it is newer? In terms of root will it be rooted once I use Magis or whatever that tool is called or what is the actual way of rooting? Just want to make sure I'm not rooting it accidently. Sorry for the questions I...

Yeah right but will all the Google services work without "jailbreaking" the phone as well? I might then actually give cect a try but Giztop give 5% discount... ;)

Yes I would definitely get rid of all the Chinese apps and only use play store as I have certain apps that I can't do without. I'm actually german but love in Ireland so yes English would be perfect if there was no other restrictions. Checked already the 5G band in the Mi 11 pro covers Ireland...

Thanks deepblue Would that be enough or will it still have restrictions over an EU ROM? I'm just generally not a fan off unlocking the bootloader unless really necessary but still want to be able to have all the same functions of course if possible.
