Ok, got it. I doubt this is Xiaomi thing, I guess on stock ROM the icon is always visible, but i'm not sure, because I only used stock ROM for 2 weeks only. (On my old MI5 the icon is always visible). Can anybody confirm, how it works on stock F3 ROM?

I got the same problem on POCO F3. I use the same button, can actually select my custom ringtone. It even plays back ok when pressing the blue area. But when a call comes in, the default tone is played. Thanks, will try this out.

When a bluetooth headest is connected, a status icon should be displayed in notification bar near the "bluetooth enabled" icon. But it is missing Hpwever, the icon is visible if I drop down the switches panel. Tested on 12.5.12 and 12.5.20 I guess it has something to do with front camera...
