New MIUI 12.5 Poco X3 NFC - App Autostart Issues

Ever since I've updated to MIUI 12.5 (Android 11) on my Poco X3 NFC, I've had issues with my Mi Band 4 disconnecting sometimes even though Bluetooth is always on. I believe it may be due to an autostart/doze issue, as I checked the autostart logs for Mi Fit, and there's usually a big gap...
