Check if your alarm sound is set to "default". If so, change it. I had the same issue and that solved.

Mate, you're not getting my point. I'm telling that developer of TWRP skkk have removed the 6.6 version (which is now installed as a part of .eu rom, at least on my poco F3) from their Official repository, not from a collection hosted on sourceforge....
