I have the same issue in Magisk on Magisk 25.1 Today I update Magisk Zip 25.2 then problem solved. I'm install first Magisk APK 25.2 and Flashing Magisk Zip 25.2 from TWRP. Watch when you flash Magisk Zip file from TWRP how much time tack to repacking the boot.img. should be take more then 45...
