Mi Notes backup file not working after system update

In order to run a system update on my phone I had to reset it to factory settings. I created a backup of all my Redmi Note 11 S files onto my PC and ran a system update. After updating, everything else worked fine except Mi Notes backup didn't restore my notes. Now I'm unable to access my notes...
