I'm trying to install this update on my HTC One S, but it keeps rebooting while flashing. Also the installation was far from complete as my phone is still 90% english... Is there a problem with this build?

I second that. A HTC One S here too with the same bug on 3.5.10. Back on 3.5.3 now which did work fine.
