I can confirm MMS now work on 10.19 but the kernel is not present yet. I used this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1860191 without issues. No problems with WIFI at all.

Yes it is! I'm now able to send and receive MMS without problems.

Try and tell us if it works. I can say that MMS now work with this release (2.10.19) in my HTC One S, with the last week release (2.10.12) sending and receiving MMS caused a reboot.

Is there a boot.img file inside the zip? If yes, did you flash it? Because I saw that they switched to a new RUU version so the kernel probably is changed too.

I came from a clean installation but I think that this issue is related only to HTC phones (I have a HTC One S) because the changelog reports this: Fix HTC phones cannot send MMS message so I think the fix doesn't work as expected... ;)

Can you test if you are able to receive them? Because I can't receive MMS too.

Since I've updated my HTC One S to latest 2.31 release, I've noticed that when I leave my screen off for a few hours and then finally turn it back on and get all my emails for the last couple of hours all at once. It seems like there's something sleeping/killing data whenever the screen is off...
