I have downloaded the file on my mi9 but cannot find it in my download folder. Not able to find it myself not via update app. When restarting the download it says it is in my download folder?? Idea anybody?

On myi9 I have twrp version 3.3.1.42 I had the 11.7.4 miui and wanted to upgrade. Via ota i downloaded the rom and via updater app i got into twrp and installed it. Than Rebooted and it got stuck on logo. I had to wipe data and format in order to get back. The only workaround is to sideload...

FINALLY....I got it to work. what I did: after I did the flash of the twrp at some point I was able to see the folders on my pc,copied the rom,did not do the wipe of data (when I did I lost the rom)and installed it via twrp. it took 3 reboots and it came to live with new rom and new twrp...
