Is your phone Encrypted? So, do you have to fill in your password when starting TWRP?

Damn!! Mi9SE in a loop after installing this version. Can't install previous update because TWRP (3.3.1-1018) wont let me encrypt (again!!). As far as I know there is still no update for TWRP... Someone has a solution?
