    Mi4c Enable Cell Broadcast

    Hi, I live in the Netherlands and we have something called NLAlert, A notification service that works via Cell Broadcasts. I noticed I didn't receive the test message that was sent today and couldn't find the option to enable it anywhere. I remember there being such an option for emergencies...

    Cell Broadcasts (cmas/civil Alert/amber Alert Messages)

    I have asked this before: is there a way to ENABLE cell broadcasts on the developer edition of miui?I am thinking of using Cyanogen just because of this. Surely someone has the cellbroadcast.apk? Is installing that not enough to make it work?
