data part is empty but out of space

All storage is occupied

Hi. This morning I got in trouble. My phone is Mi9T (davinci), 64GB storage. TWRP 3.4.0. Previous MIUI was 12.0. As I usually do I formatted the Data with TWRP, then uploaded the image and installed it. As usually Factory Reset etc. Reboot, setup and then I find out that I'm out of space...
