screenshot on banking apps

Hey everyone, I am unable to take screenshots on my Xiaomi Mi11 Venus. I tried the following: 1- Finger gesture - Didn't work! 2- Tried "take screenshot" with Google assistant - took a blank/black screenshot 3- Screenshot option in the slide down from top menu - Didn't work I also can't find...
