water pump error

I have recently purchsed a Xiaomi S10 Mop robot. I am fairly satisfied with the clean feature, however the mopping has been a pain for me. I observed that the water is not dispensing from the water tank on the mop pad.

I have recently bought a Smart Pet Fountain Every single day at random moments I will get the following error : The water pum p is blocked, I clean it as much as possible but the error will come back hours later or the next day. It also works fine, the water keeps flowing freely.
