Error with the Smart Pet Fountain

I have recently bought a Smart Pet Fountain
Every single day at random moments I will get the following error :
The water pum p is blocked,

I clean it as much as possible but the error will come back hours later or the next day. It also works fine, the water keeps flowing freely.

Ah man, same. I deleted the device from the app and suddenly the fountain started to work again... I didn't even touch the device itself.
