İts about hyperos 2

İ have redmi note 13 currently using hyperos 2.0.6.0 eu rom i want to downgrade it to hyperos 1 eu rom,i wanted to ask can i downgrade it with same way i upgraded it to 2.0.6.0

- If you have a Global EEA ROM you cannot downgrade.
- If you have a custom ROM from xiaomi.eu you can downgrade but it requires a clean install (Format Data).
