when charging reaching 90% the led light changes to green. it is not even fully charged.

this isn't a bug. a lot of roms do this. it's just the way CM7 based roms work. I never tried to change it though, perhaps there is a way. I bet the Light Flow app could do it for you if it really bugs you.
