To duplicate:
1) Open the Messaging app
2) Press the Search button
3) Type in anything
...at this point, the Dialer app will use up 90+% of the CPU. And the messaging app will hang after you try to do anything else. After some time the Force Close dialogue box will show up, but even after closing the Messaging app the Dialer app still uses up the CPU. Trying to reopen the Messaging app just shows the blank white screen followed by the Force Close message after some time has passed.
I'm using an HTC Desire (GSM), running MIUI 1.6.10. Did cache wipe, dalvik cache wipe, flash deodex, then the language pack right after.
Anyone else experiencing this?
