New 12.5.7.0 OTA update freeze

Hi,

When I try to do the OTA update on my Mi 11 Ultra, it doesn't allow me to press yes to install the update. And I do not know how to install it via fastboot mode. Any suggestions? Is there a way to install it via command prompt? and when I open the zip file, which one do I use to update without wiping my data?

How did you install Xiaomi.eu ROM on your device? I guess it was already installed when you bought it?

You can to download the "fastboot" ROM version (certainly not the zip version downloaded from the Updater app) on your computer, then use the "update" script to update without wiping your data -OR- check the end of this guide in order to install a ROM update via TWRP => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...iaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-mi11-pro-ultra.59486/

The one I downloaded from the forum has no files to let me install via fastboot mode (which is how I installed first time) so I guess it's corrupt.... And there is no twrp for my phone that is stable according to others on this forum so dunno how to do that either

I managed to do it with windows powershell because for some reason wouldnt let me go into command prompt, but everything worked perfectly, Thanks for your help, greatly appreciated!
