12.5 update nightmare

Hi. Hope someone can help. My Read me note 9, updated yesterday. It has been a nightmare since. Constantly drops network completely every minute or so. Tried everything I can think of Inc resets, on and off and tried to go back to previous version. Please help. Thanks
