Hello, I've been trying to unlock my new device for a few days.
It keeps telling me to go to the Comunity app to unlock it, but as you can see it's already done that.
I've factory reset it but with no success either.

This procedure is for Global devices only.
If you have a Chinese version of the device, it is not possible to unlock the bootloader this way. You can use a paid service.

Ahh, bummer, I've been importing Chinese versions since Mi 10 with no problems unlocking it.
If I knew in advance, I'd switch to another brand.
Thanks for the quick response anyway!

Hi,
very simple, now you need to ask permission through XiaoMi Community :
- Get latest XiaoMi Community App
- go to SET UP and switch region to GLOBAL

- back to your profile and you'll be able to see "unlocking"

This is for the global version of the Xiaomi 14 series of phones. you need to use the Mi Community app for Chinese phones and without a chinese ID, or bank account it will be hard.
