14U EU ROM zero notification issues?

Is there any definitive answer on whether it's fixed already?

I also heard I need to pay to unlock my 14U China ROM before I can switch? Is this true or Any DIY guide I can use to do so?

Lastly, is there any way to retain all my apps and settings while migrating from cn to eu ROM?

- No way. The process of unlocking and installing xiaomi.eu ROM will erase your data.
