New 2.9.7 and 2.9.14 - bluetooth is not working on HTC Saga.

2.9.7 and 2.9.14 - bluetooth is not working on HTC Saga (unable to find any BT devices)
Laptop is not able to connect to phone by bluetooth too.
Fresh installation with erasing caches/data does not help to solve the issue.

The same problem on 2.9.21 and 2.9.29.
Bluetooth is not able to connect to anything.
Is it only my problem or anybody else has it too ?

I have this problem too, I think it happened for me since 2.9.14
