edit: Found the issue. Its caused by assistant menu. After doing anything in this menu recent apps starts crashing. Force close system launcher fixes the issue.

I dirty flashed my 9 SE from 20.1.9 and I don't have that issue

I've had a similar bug (launcher crashed randomly unlocking the phone). Just install via "adb install" command, latest alpha MIUI launcher grabbed from apkmirror.

I've had a similar bug (launcher crashed randomly unlocking the phone). Just install via "adb install" command, latest alpha MIUI launcher grabbed from apkmirror.

I've installed stable one. Alpha launcher is unusable. It seems like after reboot launcher came back to original one and the crash is gone for some reason.
