New 20.3.5 locked apps getting out from recent apps list

MIUI 20.3.5 raphael
I don't know whether this bug or feature, but when I lock certain app in recent app list, this app is closing anyway after a while.
Just disappearing from recent app list.
Any help appreciated.

I've found the same issue on One Plus forum:

and I guess this is an Android 9+ issue.

Me too in 5.28.20 too
