MIUI 11 icons in SETTINGS> ADDITIONAL SETTINGS
are no longer available will they be reinstated in MIUI 12 ?

They are not available on official ROMs as well, and weren't even in MIUI 11.
We used to add them ourselves, now we don't consider it necessary.
Don't make false bug reports. This is clearly not considered a bug.
