Hello there,
A new Email app version (V12_20200522_b4) is bundled in 20.7.2 update.
This new version has a dark mode issue for some emails (mostly for GitHub emails) => Emails are unreadable (black text on a black background).
Previous Email app version (V12_20200522_b3) doesn't have this issue.
To install this previous version (from 20.6.18), I made a zip to install in TWRP => TWRP_MIUI_Email_App_xiaomi.eu_20.6.18.zip
