4 Pro- Bootloader Menu Can't Boot In Recovery Or Fastboot

When I try to boot into recovery or fastboot by bootloader menu, phone boots into android.
I can boot in fastboot by pwr+dw buttons, and flashed TWRP, but I still can't boot into recovery.
How can I fix it?

fastboot boot recovery.img
then flash xiaomi.eu rom

pwr+up volume button for 3sec and leave.

then it will show all yellow choose recovery.

if it didnt show then u may need flash full firmware again.

This could work if menu is part of ROM, but is it?
I need to be sure what I am doing, I don't want hardbrick a new phone
