4G+ connected only for few seconds [12 X]

Hello,

I have a Xiaomi 12X working fine, anyway I observed from the beginning a strange thing. The phone can't keep at all a stable 4G+ connection, I can see It for about 1-2 seconds than switch back to 4G. This all the time in a day, while some SIM and Huawei phone Is Always in 4G+. I'm in Italy and the phone Is an European version (EAX). So why this behaviour?
