Hello everyone. At first i owned a xiaomi Mi5c and with this one i bought a credit with 100Go of internet (btw i live in France). My problem is that my 4g don't work or just work with a really low debit with which i can only go on application as facebook or messenger but snapchat, instagram or any games can't be connected on internet. I already called and fixed all problems with my operators as the configuration of my APN, but that don't work. Im asking your help because i really don't know what to do, if i can change someting etc...
Btw: my radio access is already put on 5, LTE work ony on messenger and facebook, and when i choose 3G i have only H+ as internet and my internet work "better" with a really really low debit.
