5c Is Dropping Calls

Hello, i just got my new 5C and installed latest TWRP v 3.2.1 and 8.14.12 rom on it. The problem is i can receive sms and voice calls on my main sim, but phone is dropping outgoing calls and no mobile internet on it. My other sim is working fine in 5C. And the problematic sim is working fine in my other regular mi5 (not C).
What can it be? I already tried different roms and dev/stable releases.

It's a known problem with Mi 5c. I've submitted a bug report on miui.com, but no luck to date.
