6.2.25 Problem

Another day, another problem. So I upgraded from version 5.2.27 to 6.2.25 using the updater app and now I've got a problem. After the upgrade the folders DCIM, Android ( obb and data), Download, etc can't be read by the phone, appearing only the question mark when it doesn't recognize the file. Now I can't access to mi cloud and can't take any photos or even screenshots ( that why there isn't one attached to this thread). What should I do? Should I reinstall the upgrade? should I downgrade my version? if so, how do I downgrade?

Already solved the problem I reinstalled the update through TWRP, but it didn't install because of an error that wiped the system partition so I installed 2 times the 5.2.27, wipe all data and reboot it and its working again.
