New [8.2.1] Livewallpaperpicker Is Missing, Can't Use Google Live Wallpapers

As this fellow noticed here xiaomi.eu/community/threads/8-2-1.43229/page-10#post-408286
"any live wallpaper doesn't work because LiveWallpaperPicker is missing in system apps"

it worked for me in versions older than 8.2.1. How to solve manually? How to let the xiaomi.eu devs know about this bug?

i had the same problem (Mi5). i´ve update to 8.3.8 (oreo) and the problem is gone
