Invalid (9.11.28) Volume button shortcuts NON EXISTENT

I used to use the Volume Down shortcut to launch Camera/Flashlight in previous builds. In this, being the latest build the setting (as you can see in the attached screenshot) is non-existent.

Do you mean launching the torch/camera from the lock screen or home screen?

I mean settings/additional settings/button shortcuts . And it launches the assigned shortcut with the screen off.

The settings are also missing in my Mi 9 (Cepheus) and I did not notice it to be available in previous releases. Sorry.

It was available in previous releases as I used it myself.

Then it might have been officially removed by Xiaomi as I don't see it in 9.10.10 as well. This isn't a bug, though.
