Invalid 9.12.12 Chinese Twrp

I flashed update 9.12.12 on Platina and restarted, after trying to install magisk the twrp was Chinese and the touch was not responding, is it an update problem?

I flashed update 9.12.12 on Platina and restarted, after trying to install magisk the twrp was Chinese and the touch was not responding, is it an update problem?

This TWRP is added when installing the rom in order to correct people handling an old version.
You can remove it from the zip file deleting "recovery" folder.
The touch is well working if you switch display off and On again. it's a bad old cosmetic effect...
