Invalid [9.23.28] [Whyred] Can't enable Camera2 API

Hi, like in topic, I can't enable Camera2Api.
I have edited the build.prop with "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled = 1", but I can't make it work and therefore I can't use the *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum*.

Search the line:
persist.vendor.camera.HAL3.enabled=0

Change the value 0 to 1

If you report an unsupported hack that we do not include in the ROMs as a bug again, you get banned, OK?
We have enough false reports per day, it's getting silly.
