Invalid 9.7.11 - Mi9 - Lockscreen/Wallpaper Apply

3rd Party apps are unable to set the lockscreen wallpaper as expected. They are all able to set the desktop wallpaper, but the lock screen must be changed from within the device's settings menu.

Then apply from the device's settings menu. We can't fix third party apps.
